Yes, In the beginning, I walked about 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a day 6 days a week. I have reached that goal (although, it is still a struggle) and now I do water exercise for about an hour at least 3 times a week. (We have moved to an area with a therapeutic pool and our finances now allow it.) I still walk indoors every chance I get and when the weather cooperates I will get back on a routine walking schedule outside... We used to live in an apartment building where I could walk the LONG halls indoors, out of the weather. Now that is not available. Routine is my key.
