I have been on and off of SparkPeople for several years. Each time I have had some success then life gets in the way. This time I am back on the program but with a new outlook that when life gets in the way I have to find a way to make it work.

My goal is to lose 50 lbs at 1 lb per week.

1. Three 30 min exercise sessions per week.
2. Use the food tracker daily.

My Program:
Use SparkPeople for tracking and support along with SparkCoach.

Focus on clean eating and cutting out sugar.

Variety of cardo (walking, cycling, DVDs) along with free weights.
