Time for change!
Hello! I have set a goal to lose ten more pounds by May 31st, 2013. I have lost 15 pounds since January 2012 to now but I fell off the wagon for a few (okay, more like six) months. I was able to maintain my weight but now I'm back and looking to lose a little more and get healthy again.! Yay! I'm looking forward to this journey and making it stick.
