Hi I need to lose 150 pounds to be at a healthy weight for my height.

This is so hard and I am having a hard time focusing on my goals to become healthy and fit. I need all the support I can get. Too much stress and issues in my life are getting in the way.

Thanks for your comment! The smoothies are AWSOME, I do about two thirds veggie and one third fruit. It's a great, quick way to get in a bunch of veggies I would otherwise have a hard time with. I wish I didn't have to add fruit since I enjoy fruit so much on it's own. I have a VITAMIX and I use it several times a day. I wou,d have a very bard time with raw veggies otherwise! If you get a chance, google green smoothie, it's interesting info regarding your health. I do want to lose weight but overall REALLY want to be very healthy.
