got 15 min of walking, going to try for 15 min of yoga later and 25 crunches, 25 pushups, 25 sec plank, 25 squats...food not going great, but not horrible yet, will be mindful the rest of the day and have salad for lunch. weighed and measured. my short term goal is to get to pre gentry weight by Gentry's first birthday . 12 lbs in 6 weeks! totally doable! yoga daily , walking when I can and eating only within my cals . NO sweets or fast food until Avery's birthday.
Great Job tracking even if you knew it would put you over...That is really hard to have to be honest about for me. I need to just do it! I love you and I know you can do this!! you are not going to let food control you like that!
I keep telling myself I'm going to get on here more and track my food as well as weight as measurements, but I don't. Part of the reason is, if I get on the computer I can be on it for hours. I will start tracking food and then decide I need a new recipe so I search that. Then I get on pinterest to see if there's anything new on there. If there is then I get an idea and start searching that. That might lead me to think I need to look for a good deal on ebay...then before I know I have spent all day sitting at work and then go home and sit until bed time. I guess I just need the discipline to get on, check in, and get off my butt!!!
I'm super proud of everybody! We jut keep on keeping on! No one has ever said "That's it! I'm done!" We've been doing this for years and we keep pushing and encouraging and we are all so far apart. It's just amazing when I think about it. I have an bunch of friends! I just wanted to put that out there. Love you!
