Fed up with my weight so went and got a scale that measures body fat , hydration , weight, logged in and am tracking it everyday. Increasing my strength training and cardio to get back on track. Need to overcome my slow metabolism! Enjoying the coast of South Carolina with my husband Robert, my two daughters, three Corgi's , two cats, and two horses ! Maybe I should start building an Ark!
Walkng target strength training iMaintaining a healthy balanced diet.
Walking increase to 30 minutes. Entering foods on my Nutrition tracker to be aware of calorie breakdown every day.
Thing I enjoy~ the coast, Boating, fishing.

Hey, Jo...congrats on the weight loss progress! We did have a great time at the rally, a good, small, tight knit group with a few newcomers, and looks like they will be back for more!
I did some damage to my progress at the rally, not much power walking and too much drinking and eating...had to push my goal date back a month where it originally was anyway...

Hi Jo. I had a real quiet day. Worked in my garden a bit, but mostly just stayed quiet. I hope Cosmo is feeling better. Once in a blue moon Sarge gets like that. I sometimes wonder if he is going to be prone to Arthritis early. What's on the agenda for this week?
