Having kids is a strong motivator in my health journey, too. Mine are now adults, but I still want them to see that it is never too late to become healthy.

Thanks for commenting on my hiking blog. I'm lucky to have a lot of hiking area around where I live. Some is high desert like the area in my blog, and some is up further in the mountains. Hiking is my very favorite form of excercise!
