My Goals:
My goal is to be in the best shape of my life. At 37 I want to be fit, not skinny. I would like to lose 15 fat pounds and gain muscle to tighten things up, lol!
My Program:
I follow Weight Watchers Points Plus plan, however I keep the South Beach plan in mind. On Saturdays I allow myself a little freedom.
Personal Information:
I'm a New England girl who will always be a New England girl. I have an amazing husband and a wonderful son who will be 12 in May. I love to spend time with my family, cook, and create jewelry.
