Getting Healthier Each Day

I need to hold myself accountable and hope to finally use Spark to get me to a happier and healthier place! As of September, exercise is becoming a daily necessity and I'm starting to get my food under control by following my recommended macro counts.

2013 So far:
Lozilu obstacle course 5K, June
Started indoor rock climbing, July
Started bouldering, August
First outdoor climbing trip, September
First treadmill 5K, September (9/18 43:00 with hill ...

My Program:
Using the FitBit Flex to track activity and adjusting meals accordingly. working with a trainer once a week, at least 20 minutes of exercise a day and indoor climbing 2-4 times a week. Working on increasing cardio to drop more weight now that I've built a few pounds of useful muscle.

Personal Information:
I'm a writer in higher education public affairs and spend my evenings knitting while watching science fiction. Not the most active person usually but starting to get the fitness bug!
Update 8/20/2013: I've discovered rock climbing and bouldering. Hooked!
