Then I look at me and what I have let myself get to.. it is frustrating. I have tried to do this several times now and I just can not seem to keep it up. I think I need a buddy to keep me in check. So, if you are in PA in the danville area, I would love to have a workout and motivational buddy. I promise I will help keep you in check too.

I feel if I can get control of my eating habits I will be on the road to getting and shape and losing my extra pounds.
