~Track calories until I reach my goal weight. Then focus on toning.

~Be a better mother. It's a forever evolving role. I'm trying to take one day at a time, admit my mistakes, and learn from them.

My Program:
What I've done and what I'm doing:

2010: 28 Day Boot Camp, Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, walking, C25K, strength training, 200-sit-up and 100-push-up programs, B210K

2011: Running, ab video, Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, 30 Day Shred, 6 Week 6 Pack, strength training, Spring into Shape Bootcamp, B210K and walking

February 2013:
30 Day Shred, Ease to 10 K

June 2014: started tracking calories again! Running 3 days a week. Push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc.

Your husband is absolutely correct! Your baby needs those nutrients right now, and you shouldn't worrry so much about dieting. You're doing great! I only have one child (20 years old now!) and I didn't lose and ounce while breast feeding, but I wouldn't trade a moment of that special time. I don't know why it works that way for some women. My own mother said she would get up in the middle of the night and eat 9 chocolate chip cookies while nursing my little brother and wake up to have lost a pound! I was so excited that nursing was going to be like the miracle diet for me - it wasn't. But I lost all the weight and then some afterwards. And you will too. You are so committed! This time goes by so quickly!
