Staying Fit & Healthy while growing a BABY!!

My husband and I are pregnant with our first baby (a baby boy due this July!) and I'm committed to staying in shape and eating well throughout my pregnancy.

I know labor will be the most physically demanding thing I will ever go through and I'm determined to get my body in the best shape it can be in to welcome this little boy into the world :)

So far I've been doing cardio (45 mins or so) 4-5 days a week and some light strength training.
