It's Now or Never!
Hi, my name is Jan. I joined S.P. on 4/24/08, I'm 60 yrs. old and I have 3 married daughters and 2 granddaughters ages 12 and 14. With S.P.'s help I plan to lose 50 lbs., lower my cholesterol and blood pressure, increase my fitness level . I have M.S. and will need to go a little easier on the exercises but I'm confident that with the help and support of my Spark teams I'll succeed in reaching my goals. It just might take me a little longer than most people but I'm prepared ...

It just might take me a little longer than most people but I'm prepared for that possibility and don't plan to let it discourage me. Like my SparkPage title reads "It's Now or Never!". ( The group photo is of my family. My 3 darling daughters , 3 terrific sons-in-law and 2 adorable granddaughters surprised me with it last December on my 60th. birthday!)
