My Goals:
I would like to lose about 45 pounds and tone up. And of course once I reach my goal I want to make sure I maintain it.

My Program:
Tracking what I eat and how much I burn when I work out, which is about 4 to 5 times a week.

Other Information:
Getting fit and healthy takes dedication and discipline. Noone can make you do it if you are not ready to make that commitment. I am ready...
