Here's to a healthy pregnancy!
I am a 34 year old mom of two and currently pregnant. My plan is to maintain a healthy lifestyle for a healthy pregnancy. I'm due in the middle of July and so far I've been very, very inactive. Part of that was being tired during the first trimester but I'm past that now so it's time to get more active. My plan for now is simply to include walking 3-4 times per week for 30 min. Not where I was before but after sitting and doing nothing for 3 months it's where I'm at.
