My best advice is to track food and exercise daily, blog at least once a week, connect with some teams of people with something in common with yourself and give them support (they'll also support you in your journey). Make that commitment to work on Spark daily--reading articles, working videos, etc. It all works together to help us achieve that healthy lifestyle that we all want.
