I'm a University student looking to get healthy and lose weight. I am moving out on my own in the near future and I want to have a "new me" by the time I arrive in the new city. Welcome to SP--you're off to a great start here. Keep posting and tracking daily. Setting up your own Spark page so we can get to know you is a great help. And remember, we're all in this together. We help one another to get to the goal of a healthy weight and lifestyle. Together WE CAN DO IT!! emoticon emoticon

My best advice is to track food and exercise daily, blog at least once a week, connect with some teams of people with something in common with yourself and give them support (they'll also support you in your journey). Make that commitment to work on Spark daily--reading articles, working videos, etc. It all works together to help us achieve that healthy lifestyle that we all want. WE CAN DO THIS--together. emoticon
