Work in Progress:
Lost over 45 pounds in 2012. Completed 7 months of boot camp. Started training for my first half-marathon! All great lifestyle changes and proud of myself for these accomplishments.

Looking forward to 2013. Will run my first half-marathon in February. Planning at least 2 more half marathons this year. Will continue boot camp 3 days per week. Will lose 25 pounds to reach my goal weight.

Will continue to use Spark People to track and motivate me to my goals! Love it! Thank you, Spark People, for helping me get there!


Near term goals:
Goal: Finish Surf City Half Marathon 2/3/2013 - Registered and training!
Goal: Lose 50 lb - 46 as of 12/31/2012
Goal: Complete at least 3 half-marathons in 2013

1. Reach a Healthy BMI number through fitness and healthy eating.
2. Participate in the activities I love and find new activities that challenge, inspire, and motivate me.
3. Be a positive model for my family.


My Program:
1. Regular Cardio and strength training- boot camp and spin classes
2. Using SparkPeople to track my nutrition, fitness, and measurements.
3. Eating 1350-1650 calories. Focus on healthy choices. Sodium less than 1500 mg/day.
4. Educate myself about nutrition, fitness, and health.
