Signed up for Spark in 2008 but I kept falling back into my old bad habits. I've been cleaning up my act and have been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week since August '11. Weight training has made a huge difference in how I feel...can't wait to actually do a *real* push up! As long as *I* don't give up on myself I can do this!
