I thought it was about time that I updated my page! t found this group by searching for low cal recipes! My weight before I started to consciously diet was pre-op exam January 2011 at 225 lbs!!!!!! Have had several health issues since then that have kept me inactive and topped out at 240 in Jan 2012! A 15 lb gain in 1 year!!!!!!!! Started cutting back on food since then and had lost some weight as clothes particularly pants were loose. Seen an infomercial about AbDoer Twist and decided ...
I thought it was about time that I updated my page! t found this group by searching for low cal recipes! My weight before I started to consciously diet was pre-op exam January 2011 at 225 lbs!!!!!! Have had several health issues since then that have kept me inactive and topped out at 240 in Jan 2012! A 15 lb gain in 1 year!!!!!!!! Started cutting back on food since then and had lost some weight as clothes particularly pants were loose. Seen an infomercial about AbDoer Twist and decided to by it. Rec'd it Feb 17 and promptly weighed myself with the scale 100.8 kgs!!!!!! Had been consciously dieting for about 1.5 weeks (ie logging all intake & exercise) and was down to 951 after being stuck at 95.6 all week! . Would really like to be down to 130 lbs by Jan 1 2013! Not sure if it is a feasible goal but am going to give it a go!! It is now a little over 9 months since I began this and I am making very good progress! I have added a new goal to my plan which is to quit smoking. I swore that I would not even attempt until I hit goal weight but have started to cut back gradually with 7 lbs to goal weight. I figure it will be easier to butt out completely when I do hit goal. I will blog my progress on this final goal.
Oh and that AbDoer I bought back in February.. I have yet to actually use it! LOL It sure works as a nice clothes rack in my bedroom though!


Below is my progress towards my ultimate goal... I did not have a scale until Feb 17 (avoided them like the plague LOL ) then I did not log weight for 11 days after initial weight on my new scale for some reason! These are Monday weekly weigh in figures on most weeks. There is the odd week where I did not log a weight on a Monday so have used the Tuesday am weigh in figure. I wil continue to update this on a weekly basis Every Monday until GOAL!!!!
