Fit and Trim for 2012

I am a stay at home mom of 4 wonderful children. I have about 40 pounds to lose.
In 2006-2007 I lost over 80 lbs with the aid of exercise and proper nutrition. After a family tragedy in 2008 I slowly began to gain back all the weight I lost plus more. I am determined to get back down to 155 lbs and to be fit and trim for the rest of my life. I know how hard this is going to be, and I know how to do it.
I am hoping to meet some new people with the same challenges and struggles that ...

Jean thanks so much for the comment on my blog and for the info within the Causal Travelers feed. I'm sorry to hear that the weight is still not coming off but I think trying Leans is a great idea. I am still sore from some of the views. Legs and back killed me, but I think the cardio gives you more time to recover, and that also might help with the water retention. How much protein are you eating? I know I get close to 100 grams a day if not more, and that has really helped me not have water retention. However, the friend that gave me P90X had a huge issue with it, and ended up getting a supplement, so maybe that would help. Hope that your body starts getting use to it soon so that you aren't so sore anymore, and that you have a good day!

Hey! Saw your comment on Causal Traveler Page... I hope you are just retaining water. Sometimes the scale just has an off day is how I like to think about it, because it normally bounces back. How goes the P90X? I did the arm and shoulder work out last night, and think I might actually have to get some heavier weights because I don't think I'm as sore as I should be. Doing yoga tonight, though I may switch in the cardio because I don't really have an hour and a half to do it all. We'll see. I would love to hear your take on the program
