Fit and Trim for 2012
I am a stay at home mom of 4 wonderful children. I have about 40 pounds to lose. In 2006-2007 I lost over 80 lbs with the aid of exercise and proper nutrition. After a family tragedy in 2008 I slowly began to gain back all the weight I lost plus more. I am determined to get back down to 155 lbs and to be fit and trim for the rest of my life. I know how hard this is going to be, and I know how to do it. I am hoping to meet some new people with the same challenges and struggles that ...

I want this to be a lifestyle change and not a short term goal!

My Program:
Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week either at home or at the gym, and walk daily either in or outdoors for the 56 days of the challenge. Follow my Weight Watchers goals I will Blog and follow my team members Blogs. I will weigh in on time and follow all other guidelines in the 5% challenge.
