Also, I have been working on a very old lower leg injury that has often been a huge detriment to my fitness and athletic goals. It still affects me to this day, sudden deep radiating pain ignites upward from my shin under certain circumstance that I can mostly predict and therefore prepare for and tolerate to an extent. Becoming more physically active in running and other higher impact activities, as opposed to abstaining from them, has actually helped tremendously. Despite the pain during, these types of exercise help me be more pain free between workouts and ultimately tolerate the pain better while exercising.
