    Hi, I found you on the Aurora Sparkers page - I live off of Tower and Colfax too!! do you still live here?

    I thought maybe we could help motivate each other?!?! :) I too am doing the Wii thing, but I use a game called "My Fitness Coach". She incorporates strength training into the workout based on the equipment you have at home. :)

    Anyway, thought I would at least give you a emoticon !!! :)

    Hi I find it hard losing and then gaining again, that is why I formed Tips for Writing, wellness and weight, it consists of writing, and weight loss. I have a co leader who deals with finding new ways to lose and she has lost 39 already, with this new diet she found and is sharing. Also we have beginner writers and professional for those who want to write and get published. So I would think that is a good reason to come visit me by either finding the site or if you can not go to my page and visit and then join if you like it. Hope to see you there

    Hey girlie! T.hanks for your comment on my blog. I feel like I might be doing something right...finally. Sorry you had such a crappy weekend. We all have those and man do they hurt, physically & emotionally. Don't beat yourself up too much. Just get back to eating healthy & working out. Great job your 5 pound loss. Keep going, don't ever stop. Consistency really is key.
