My Goals:
To keep exercising and keep my weight below 120. I'm keeping it simple because I might give up if I don't!

My Program:
I love being active. I walk, swim in the summer, and I used to go up and down my flight of stairs for 20 minutes reading a good book. For the last 6 months I have mostly done Wii Fit Plus and a few outside activities. When I feel lazy or unmotivated I'm visiting Spark People.

Personal Information:
I am from the Southern California Desert! I love the weather here. Although, 120 degrees can be brutal. I teach 1st grade. That makes life fun. I have two teenage boys. I'm getting close to being an empty nester! One gone, one to go.

Other Information:
I love reading, good friends and adventure. I also love hanging out at home and puttering. I should mention that I enjoy travel as much as reading and good friends.

Thanks for your advice. I am trying to increase my exercise routine. I figured if I got up early and did at least 20 minutes before work, at least I got something in in case I don't have time at night. But I try and do 20-40 at night too. Hopefully I will keep losing at least 1-2 pounds a week.

You are my inspiration :) We started a Biggest Loser contest at work. I was wondering how many calories you averaged when you were losing. I seem to be averaging 800-1300. I lost about 2 before we started, and 2% in 2 weeks since. Some have lost 4%. Do you think I am not eating enough or too many? I work out about 30-45 min daily. Contest ends March 11th and I hope to be at least 125 pounds. I am excited to finally see the scale moving down!! Did you cut out all diet cokes and artificial sweeteners? Appreciate any advice. Thanks, Angie
