Hello 2011

I am so ashamed. I look here and saw I was 176 and today when I weighed in I was 191. :(((

I didn't do all that great in 2009 with losing the weight. I lost about 10-15 pounds and gained it all back. Blah.

Only 567 days until I am 50 years old lol

Thank you! I'm a cardio junky, so I usually burn about 400-600 calories on the elliptical, arc trainer, or treadmill (intervals) 5 ish days a week. I also do weight training on those same days.

It DOES seem naughty to admit to disliking running!! The world thinks that every thin and fit person can run...but it just isn't true. I'm super fit, and I HATE that crap!! I can do it if I have to, and I can do it well...but I'm a machine and aerobics junky hee hee. Good for you, for getting it out!
