Time for Change

I'm a 39 year old Mom of one and 11 year old girl (going on 20!! LOL) I have been happily married for the past 15 years to a great man. I had a light bulb moment this January....nothing to do with resolutions as I do not believe in them. I just decided I had had enough of the way I was living my life and needed to be healthy. For my sake, my daughter's and my husband. I want to be around for a long time to come. Since then I have been going to the gym 5 days a week and have gone down a size. ...

Working through a bit of a slump of motivation at the moment but I know I will get through it and keep going because I want this change.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!! I am SO happy for you!!!!
I will be joining your club soon enough.
Summer has been hard on me...not gaining just losing slllooowwwllyyy.
Hard to get to the gym when it's so nice outside. Lots of bike riding but that just isn't the same as busting your butt on a machine and weight training.
Again WAY TO GO!!!! I'm so proud of you!!

Hi Susanne!

Look at you go girl! Yeah I know what you are saying. I have been not logging anything or really going on Spark much. Just not enough time.
I have been sticking to my workouts and spending a lot of time outside w/ the kids. Went to the gym last night w/a friend and learned A LOT! Hopeing it will show in the scale soon.
You are SO close to that 199!!!! Thats awesome!

Hey there S~

Thanks for checking on me. Things have been highly stressful and my motivation not so good for the last few weeks. I worked out with the trainer on Tuesday though and am getting back onto the right track. Now off to the gym to hopefully sweat out some of this stress.
Congrats on your progress--- you're doing great, keep it up!!
