    AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!! I am SO happy for you!!!!
    I will be joining your club soon enough.
    Summer has been hard on me...not gaining just losing slllooowwwllyyy.
    Hard to get to the gym when it's so nice outside. Lots of bike riding but that just isn't the same as busting your butt on a machine and weight training.
    Again WAY TO GO!!!! I'm so proud of you!!

    Look at you go girl! Yeah I know what you are saying. I have been not logging anything or really going on Spark much. Just not enough time.
    I have been sticking to my workouts and spending a lot of time outside w/ the kids. Went to the gym last night w/a friend and learned A LOT! Hopeing it will show in the scale soon.
    You are SO close to that 199!!!! Thats awesome!

    Hey there S~

    Thanks for checking on me. Things have been highly stressful and my motivation not so good for the last few weeks. I worked out with the trainer on Tuesday though and am getting back onto the right track. Now off to the gym to hopefully sweat out some of this stress.
    Congrats on your progress--- you're doing great, keep it up!!
