My Goals are to Weigh 132 pounds/ have a 29 inch waist/ in other words (turn back the Clock physically to age 19) That is my Dream Fantasy Goal... Change my Eating Habits/ Kick the Bread-Starch Habit.... that is my second Goal / both are intermingled
More Veggies, Fruits especially Fresh.... Fish 3 times a week . Maybe, a more Bariatric Diet. Keeping to 1500 cal or less per day.. Get up and walk out of the apt. and around the building at least once every 2 hrs. Take walks along the river across the Walk bridge 3 times a wk. go to Gym 3- 4 times a wk.
I have been up and down i weight all my life. My Ukrainian Great- Grandmother Spoke little English. Feed the Baby and Whiskey were the most I ever Heard. Good Boy ,When I ate. I was always Encouraged to eat more. My Great Aunt Took me to Frankenmuth, Mich ,And i was Encouraged to Eat.
I have 14 Great-Grandchildren with 2 on the way. I have 27 grandchildren.. I would like to play hide n seek with my Great- Great Grandchildren..
