This little guy is from Norway on a cruse of 8 countries in Europe.This is where most of extra weight came from. It was a vacation of a life time for both of us. But once we got home,

My Goals:
I started out this whole losing weight thing last Febuary because on Christmas my husband got me a size 16 pants. I looked at those pants like he was crazy. I was hurt and very mad that he would do that to ME and then I tried them on.......
They fit much to well. I was astounded, I had no idea that I was that big. I am only 4'11, that much weight is way to much.
173lb at the start. Today I am at 135 and still working on it.
My Program:
I stalled in my weight loss for over 3 months. I e-mailed Dr. Diet on Food TV on what to do about it because I didn't change much on how I lost the first 33 pounds as far as food and excercise. She said I need to mix up my excercise so I started to do 2 more miles in the afternoon of Leslie Sansone and I now change every other day to the biggest loser excercise's and after 1 week I have lost 1 pound and I am very excited because I have been stuck for so long and trying so hard.
Keep on Keeping on.........
