Hi Guys,

This past year has been an amazing journey. After a lot of hard work, determination and discipline I have dropped from a whopping peak of 346 pounds down to 218! The next chapter is to reach my goal target weight of 180 pounds. I am new to the site, and look forward to meeting other people in their weight loss & healthy lifestyle!
