Cycling dude
Married, 2 teenage daughters. My wife and I both work, our younger daughter is a state-level gymnast, and we're remodeling our home. Between family responsibilities and construction activity I don't have much time for exercise, except for bicycle commuting.

My Goals:
I'm trying to get back to my healthy lean/fat ratio and gain flexibility. I'm also focusing on healthier eating--more vegetables, less starch and sugar.
My Program:
I recently restarted the Protein Power plan. Trying to lift weights 5-6 days per week. My cardiovascular workout of choice is bicycling. I commute by bicycle almost every weekday, but it's only ~25 minutes each way at low intensity. I'd like to get back into yoga for flexibility, muscle tone, and relaxation.
Personal Information:
I'm a desk jockey at Sacramento State University. Finishing up a major remodel/addition on our house. Hopefully we'll complete the first phase of the remodel over the summer of 2008.
Other Information:
I've got way too many hobbies and passions to list in this little box! Maybe just a (partial) list of my hobbies, in no particular order: boardgaming, cooking, model railroading, quilting, Lego (especially Mindstorms i.e. Lego robots), wood working, bicycling, languages (English, Esperanto, French, maybe German, Arabic, and Swedish someday), R/C (radio control) sailplanes and airplanes.
