Looking for support and motivation from my wonderful warehousers since I have to work out at home and it's hard to stay motivated at home! My Goals:
Would like to tone up and lose fat & gain more lean muscle. Want to be comfortable wearing whatever the hell I want for summer, since it's so hot in Florida 10 months out of the year and in summer you pretty much don't want to wear anything, so you just stay in your swimsuit!

My Program:
Try to do cardio every day, and workout dvd's preferrable The Firm, Jillian Micahels or the Wii, but the Wii is too much fun. Following the meal plan on Spark as well. Feeling better!

Hi! I saw your huddle saying you need support, so I clicked myself to your page to say HI, YOU CAN DO IT! I am working out at home too, and yes, starting can be hard sometimes... But good thing is, you just need to start. Not to get yourself somewhere, gym or anywhere, to do workouts. You are already at your gym at home. That's great! And I find it to be easier to work out at home as I have 3 kids - no need to think who is home looking after them, my husband or I. Saw you're doing Jillian Michaels dvds... I did 30DS and that's great, hard but fun!
