Hey Jill, I am Shannon and got your message I would love to be buddies, God knows I need lots of motivation. I am actually planning to start on Monday and have read several articles on here so I am not sure of my game plan for my meals yet but I am going to work on it tomorrow. I get really anxious when I think about trying to plan it and plan it right but I will press forward until it is accomplished!!!! Thanks for looking me up and hopefully I can be some motivation to you!!!!
