So, I saw with my own eyes how the TOM affects our goals. I didn't gain nor lose any weight that week but boy was it difficult! It did feel like a setback also.

Hey! Way to go girl. What do you mean by "TOM" on your weight tracking diary?

I am fraid to weigh myself this week, I started by loosing 3 or 4 pounds per week, then it went down to 1 and now I am afraid it may be 0! I seem to be doing the same things. Weird uh?
