That butt won't get any smaller by sitting on it...
I'm 30 years old. I've been chunky for a good deal of my adolescent and adult life. I don't want to be chunky anymore. I am an emotional over-eater, binge eater, and a foodie, which makes for a BAD combination. I do not want to be skinny; I want to be fit. I want to be healthy. I want to fit into clothes. I like fitness, I just hate not being motivated. I enjoy step aerobics, yoga, pilates, swimming aerobics, ballet, tap dance, hiking. I'd love to learn boxing, kayaking ...

I like fitness, I just hate not being motivated. I enjoy step aerobics, yoga, pilates, swimming aerobics, ballet, tap dance, hiking. I'd love to learn boxing, kayaking (which I've done twice and crave more!), surfing, indoor rock climbing (which I tried recently! Woo!), and breaking dishes. I'm always looking for inspiration and motivation! On June 13th, 2010, I graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in Theatre; Minor in History (women's/gender studies focus.) Since achieving this milestone, my goals have changed. I want to go to culinary school and enter a Master's Degree program in nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian.

My Goals:
1) Eat healthy and learn healthy eating habits. 2) Make exercise an addition to my lifestyle. 3) Manage stress better. 4) Be a support to those that need me. 5) Accept help and support when its offered.
My Program:
-At least 40 mins cardio 5-6 days a week -10-20 mins of ST 5-6 days a week -Walk more often -Pull out that yoga mat and use it! -Pull out that 5lb hula hoop and shimmy! -Eat homemade meals 80% of the time during the week. -Be more mindful of portion sizes. -Take homemade meals to school or work. -Make healthy choices when eating out. -Be the FIRST to order when eating out. -Grocery shop with health-minded friends. -Eliminate processed foods, foods with man-made ingredients, and soda! -Snack on healthy foods if I'm bored.

I love old music and am very picky about new music. I love the Twilight Zone. I sing Mezzo Soprano, but I won't for you. I like comedy. I love animals. I hate raw onions. I'm deathly allergic to beans. I don't like ham or bacon. I'll try ANYTHING once.
