My Program:
3 days on, 1 day off.

Day 1:
Morning - Weightlifting
Evening - Cardio

Day 2:
Morning - Pilates
Evening - Rest

Day 3:
Morning - Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
Evening - Cardio

For my cardio I will do either 30 minutes/8 miles on the recumbent bike, or a 3 mile walk/jog.

I am thinking about trying the Couch to 5k program!
