Active again

Hello. I have decided to become active again. I got hurt during a military deployment 4 years ago and have had a couple surgeries. I have also finished my BS in Bus/Mkt. I have used the excuse of being afraid to workout that I may hurt myself again. School has been my other excuse. Well no more. I am determined to become fit again

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting Sunday.

You and I have something in common. We were both injured during deployment in 2007. What branch of service were you in? I have had one surgery so far, but am looking at another one here soon. Good luck to you!!
