Getting serious about it!

I've lost weight in the past, managed to keep it off for awhile but now have gained about 20 pounds of it back. Looking to lose those 20 plus 10 more for my goal weight of 140! I'm 5'8 and large framed so this will look good on me. I'm trying to work out about 5 times a week, and my diet plan is to try to eat healthy foods, no fast food, cut back on processed foods and sugar, and keep my food intake around 1300 on non-workout days, and around 1500-1600 days. My workout routine includes the 30 day shred dvd and a taebo dvd. Doing taebo 5 times a week and counting calories is what made me lose weight in the past, so that is what I'm doing now!

My Goals:
to lose weight I've gained back plus 10 more pounds, the pic you see here is of me at 150, and I'd like to lose another 10 to be 140 and maintain that.

My Program:
Basically eating healthier, and I say healthier because you gotta treat yourself once in a while, counting my calories, and exercising about 5 times a week.

Female, age 23, height 5'8, current weight: around 170
goal weight: 140
current clothes size: 10/12
goal clothes size: 6


Other Information:
Do a cardio workout 5 times a week! That's what worked for me in the past and what I'm doing to do now!
