Thank you all for your comments and support!! That's why SP works!! To IAMAPIANO - I only take 1 meal off a week...not a whole day. This is to boost metabolism and send leptin to the brain...it's kind of a fake out for your body and it truly works. It took me some getting used to, but now I am so grateful as it keeps me from feeling deprived just knowing that 1 meal a week I can have whatever I want without worrying!! Consistency is the key. Making the right choices when it would be easy to give in. I am living intentionally and essentially...and it's rocking my world!! Glad to help anyone...anytime, too!
Hi! I read your post in the 300 Calorie thread. I just wanted to tell you how much I loved your idea of many small meals and one day off. I have been trying to get used to the ~1300 calorie a day Spark has me on. I always feel the need to snack in during the day, since I started exercising more.
