I am starting a new chapter in my life. I used to live by the scale, a number, and what other people thought of that number.

Now I want to live my life upon how I feel, ONLY me, my energy level, my fitness level. I know the rest will fall into place, my self-confidence, my body shape/composition, and my weight in the end.

I have watched The Biggest Loser, and you see that is bases around a number, the people get so bummed out when the number isn't "good enough". DUDE YOU JUST RAN A MARATHON!!! WTF!?!? And you are DISAPPOINTED because of a NUMBER?!?! I would LOVE to be able to get up and do that.

My new look on life is through my feelings and my body, NOT the number ANYMORE!!

*NOT live by the scale, but by my fitness level.

*FINISH the triathlon no matter what the time is, FINISH is the key.

*Run a 5K race with out walking

*Make better choices EVERY time we go out to eat.

My Program:
Right now I am going with eating my calories and trying to keep an eye on fat, protien, and carb intake.

I will be in the near future building my endurance for a tiathlon this year. So my calories will vary with training.

Personal Information:
I want to be happy and healthy again. I have been struggling too long, and am sick of it. I am happily married with a wonderful daughter, and I do any and everything for my family. Now its time to do something for me!!
