My Goals:
-drop 5 - 10 pounds for August 18th wedding (one month!) -cancer prevention! -maintain a healthy Flexitarian diet -lose excessive arm, stomach, and thigh fat (jiggle jiggle) -LESS FLATULENCE
My Program:
EXERCISE: -60 minutes of cardio a day, for 5 days a week -strength training/abs 3 - 4 days a week -bike or walk when possible DIET: -no gluten (thereby eliminating most desserts) -no dairy (excepting Greek yogurt) -no red meats (chicken and fish only!) -no overly processed junk (that means you, delicious candy) -stay within 1200 - 1600 calories a day CHEAT DAYS: -August 11 (bachelorette party) -August 17 (rehearsal dinner)
