Over past few years I have lost 100 pounds since I found this website. Would like to lose another 40 lbs. minimum. Right now I am working on walking and will eventually start using weights. I just bought the ball. Can't wait to start using it. I have a room that is suppose to be my office. That s where the pilates, runner and ball are going to be there ready for me to use.
