Operation Bikini Bottom!!
I have decided I've been overweight for too long! I enjoy exercising and eating well.. but now I will just step it up to the next level. NEXT SUMMER! I WILL BE IN A BIKINI!! I never have before and I can't wait till I GET THERE!!!!!

My Goals:
I would love to be in a bikini this summer~ I never have before! I would love to lose the extra bits of Jillian all around my body to be the leanest,fittest, and best person I can be! I want to exude the same confidence with my body as I do emotionally. I'm in it for the long haul, let's do it!
My Program:
I go to the gym around 6:15 AM -7:30AM 4 or more days a week. I do lotss of weight machines and at times high intensity cardio. However, I'm not doing as much cardio in the morning now (this semester) because I do badminton for an hour and a half 2+ times per week, Hip Hop for an hour, Body Blast (aerobics) for an hour, and kickboxing for an hour and 20 mins. Lots of goals and I CAN DO IT! I am changing my eating style (TONS of salad. After I workout I drink 2 glasses of milk, yogurt, bran, and a banana. If I can do it, you can do it.. WE CAN DO IT!
