My Goals:
I gained 60 pounds during pregnancy. I was 140 before and am now 200 lbs. I lost 15 pounds about two weeks after I had her. But then It came right back on. I dont know why. I don't eat a lot. I don't starve myself either. So I am not exactly sure why I have this problem. I am hoping to lose atleast half of what I gained before summer is over. I want to be a healthy and active mom for Hailey. So this is all for my little Hailey Bear.

My Program:
Well, I go to the gym on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. When I am at home I work out to Billy Blanks Cardio. I don't do it everyday, but I try my best to get it done.

Personal Information:
I am a first time mom, 22 years old. Hailey was born Dec. 22nd 2006. Hailey was born with a cleft Palate (NOT a cleft LIP). A cleft palate is a hole in the soft or hard palate which is located on the roof of your mouth or in the far back when the roof gets soft). She is getting it fixed on April 25th, 2007 she will be 4 months old then. I can't wait until it is all done and over with, there are a lot of side effect to a cleft palate, so I will be excited when they are all gone and I am sure she will be happy to not spit up out her nose anymore. I have been married for almost a year, but we have been together for 7 years.

By the way your weight loss is almost exactly like mine! I was 203 after I had my daughter and now am 176! That is the same weight loss as you shifted down 2 lbs! How strange!

Haha Azia has already bumped it a few times but not hard. Yes it is very difficult. You can ask them and they will give you a foam helmet to protect it but they don't routinely give them out. Yes she is a daredevil as well and is just at the age (9 months) that she is crawling and climbing and cruising. She is pulling up to furniture and standing now....means I have to stay right beside her a lot~! Yes they heal very quickly!

I'm not sure what they do for out of town people. They don't even book our Dr appts on the same day which sucks since we are seeing to many and it is like a 1 1/2 hr drive each way. The only time we saw them on the same day was on her pre-admission for surgery. For Cranio it is 4 days in the hospital, 2-4 weeks for the incision to heal and 6 weeks for the bone to heal enough so that she can bang her head again.

Yes a 2nd opinion is a good idea. Trigonacephaly literally means trangular head. Their heads can get really triangular. I said hi on craniokids too :o) Yeah it was over an hour drive each way to Children's Hospital for us and we go there for 3 different Drs! LOL Neurosurgeon, Plastic Surgeon (they did it as a team) and her Cardiologist (she was born with a heart defect, it has fixed itself but they still keep an eye on it). Wow looks like our meeting was fate hey?

Yup my daughter just had her surgery Oct 9th for the same thing. Her forehead was quite pointed. We were told it will get worse as she gets older. Here is a GREAT support site for Cranio:
