starting over and over and over

Here we go. My final goal is to be thin but also very toned. I have spent the past year training for a marathon that I didn't get to run because I hurt my leg, and working through that emotionally made me realize I really am better at working out than I thought, and that needs to be a focus of mine. My leg is still healing so I am taking it slow, but fitness is a huge part of my end goals.

My Goals:
short term goals:
*limit dairy, alcohol, fried food, sugar, white flour
*stick to a limit of 1400 calories a day
*foam roll after every run
*strength train three times a week

long term goals:
*lose 43.2 pounds
*work out six times a week
*eat more fruits and veggies
*feel great about myself!!

My Program:
I am coming off of the master cleanse, so I plan to slowly build to 1400 calories a day. It will be hard to not just eat everything in sight, but that is the worst thing I could possibly do.

When I am done tapering up I will shoot for 1200-1400 calories a day, probably with a cheat meal once every week or two. I think it's kind of controversial but I totally think it works to keep my metabolism up. Or maybe it just works to keep me from losing my mind. I will also shoot for six days of exercise per week, but this is something I need to work up to.

Personal Information:

1/2 marathon 2:10:39

I'd come! But it would be a little too much travel for me. Although if I jogged all the way to you I'd lose the weight for sure!

You've been doing so well, keep it up!
