6/13/08 - I am starting my long process of trying to lose all this additional weight that has been creeping on after my two pregnancies. I am a stay at home mom with a five year old and two year old boy. I guess I am just sick of being tired all the time and not being able to do all I need to do to be a "fun" mom. Also, I would like to see my boys grow up into the great men I know they will be. My family and I moved to Montana from Colorado almost a year ago. I think maybe the stress of that and not knowing many people contributed to my continuous weight gain.

1/20/09- The past couple of months I have been hanging off the wagon and today is the day where I get back on! I decided that I need to set some short term goals to get my motivation back up. So here we go:

I have had some major setbacks in the goal plan. I have decided that I am now weighing in every two weeks. The scale totally depresses me and it in no way motivates me when it shows no loss. I am working my butt off and will continue to do so...maybe weighin in less often will help keep me going.

My Goals:
To feel comfortable in a bathing suit.

To be able to shop anywhere I want for clothes (although this would require I win the lottery as well)

To not get tired after 20 minutes of running around with my boys.

I want to be at 183.5 by 7/15/09

My Program:
My first goal is to start exercising on a regular basis. Next I need to stop eating after 7:00 at night. I am also tracking and monitoring what I eat during the day.

I am a stay at home mom with a five year old and a two year old. I live in Helena Montana and moved here after living in Colorado for 35 years.
