Hey!!

I just read ur blog - starting again.. also saw ur pic.. Now I'm seriously ready to be ur accountability buddy... we're gonna do this! :) I love the fact that u have come back and decided to start this out!

I see your a member on ACIWL!! But are you reading / doing the lessons?? I ask because I found that doing the lessons really helped me stay on track (automatically, without making any effort)!! N the lessons help with so many other things too!! Its a win win situation!

SO I'd highly recommend u pick up the book and share ur experiences with us if you like! The support also helps!

Either way, with or without the book, U can totally do this... just that u need to really decided once and for all that u want this change! :) The fight will come from within! :)

Hey! I'm doing the Bluenose 5k too!! It's my first year doing it. I'm hoping to complete it in under 45 mins! Woo!
