Hi. I am Jill. 36 year old wife and mother of 4. We have a 13 year old, 2 year old twins and a 1 year old. All girls. The last 3 born within a year. I am way out of shape and can't even blame it completely on pregnancies since I wasn't a big fan of exercise in the first place. I need to eat better and exercise and stick with it.

My Goals:
Ultimately I'd like to lose weight and get healthy and active. Starting at 195 on 11/13/09. I'd like to lose 13lbs by Christmas (2 lbs a week). I'd like to workout at least 3 times a week (having a hard time with that)
Week 1: 11/20/09 lost 4lbs. 191lbs (will reward myself with some fancy flavored coffee at the grocery store)
Week2: 11/27/09 gained 1 192lbs but this time of the month I had water weight etc but I ate great so I am not disappointed. Still need to exercise though.
Week 3: 12/04/09 187.8 4 more lbs but some was from the week before. Either way I am thrilled to be out of the 190's.
Week 4: 12/11/09 186.6 1 lb. But a lb is a lb so I am happy. I know I did good this week and am still on track. Ounces over 9lbs lost in almost a month. Nice!
Week 5: 12/18/09 188.6 ugh going the wrong way. Surprisingly not discouraged yet. I have been doing alot of toning exercises so this could be muscle but
I was really hungry and went over my calories a few days too.

My Program:
I am tracking my food in the tracker and being successful with that eating within my calories so far. I've been successful on WW as long as I would journal my food as soon as I would stop on came the weight so I am sure the nutrition tracker is helping me alot!

Other Information:
Love Expose Fitness- an exotic dance/pole class. Can't get there as much as I would like but it is so much fun and a great workout.
