Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Mom of 3 grown sons. Also Have a Beautiful DIL and an adorable Grandson and Granddaughter. Due to health reasons I had to retire from my job a couple of years ago. Getting strong and healthy is my main goal right now. I'm not very mobile due to a broken bone in my spine, arthritis and bad knees. I either use a cane or walker to get around. Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Mom of 3 grown sons. Also Have a Beautiful DIL and an adorable Grandson and Granddaughter. Due to health reasons I had to retire from my job a couple of years ago. Getting strong and healthy is my main goal right now. I'm not very mobile due to a broken bone in my spine, arthritis and bad knees. I either use a cane or walker to get around. I need/want to lose about 120 #s (I'm 5'8"). I have to do chair exercises as can't stand for too long due to my weak back. I'm trying to get my life back on track and stop emotional eating and use portion control. I want to be healthy again and know with SP, friends and family--and God's help it is doable. I really love all the encouragement, knowledge and motivation SP gives me. I still want to travel and be able to walk well and believe it's possible with a weight loss from eating healthy and exercising 15 minutes or more a day. I want to see my grandchildren grow up . . .

Exercise 10-20 minutes a day, drink more water and use the Food & Exercise Tracker. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

My name is Jill and I have lived in Southern California all my life. I have 3 grown sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law and two very cute young Grandchildren. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.

Other Information:
I like to envision myself 100#s lighter and a more healthy me. I do try to think positive and not sweat the small stuff.

Well Jill, I am glad you wrote me. I have been updating everything on my page tonight and looking at all my teams. I had so many teams that I ended up deleting this team because I was getting myself involved in so much.

But after getting your sincere note, which I very much appreciated (and the fact that you have been on for three years), I signed back up. Nutty, huh? lol...this has been my trouble in a nutshell. I don't stay long enough. I have been off and on SP since 2008 and in the long run have only gained.

Truly, you should never get frustrated. Losing 67 pounds is AMAZING...I mean I have NEVER done that and a lot of people have not as well. This accomplishment tells me you WILL succeed. I wish I had whatever you and others like you have to just accomplish getting to this point and more.

I am so glad to have a sparkfriend with whom I have so much in common! I, too, have a walker and a wheelchair (which I fell out a few days ago) I have grandchildren and great grandchildren and I love them dearly. I have an immense amount of weight to lose but I am slowly succeeding. I emotional eat also. Everyday is a struggle but it is worth it. I track nutrition and exercise and it really helps. I have been doing chair exercises but I am hopeful I will be going into water therapy. That will burn more calories. Thanks again for your support. emoticon

Jill: Thank You SOoooo much for your comments on my photo's, This year has been such a blessing, God has given us 3 new GGC, two of them are still not here with us yet. I get mixed up sometimes myself, about how many of which ones I have. LOL emoticon But not for very long.

I have 3 great grand sons and for now 2 great grand daughters, I will have two more GGD, one in July and one in September. So that will make me, 3 GGS's and 4 GGD's after September. WOW that makes me tired just thinking about all the new Christmas gifts to buy.
