Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Mom of 3 grown sons. Also Have a Beautiful DIL and an adorable Grandson and Granddaughter. Due to health reasons I had to retire from my job a couple of years ago. Getting strong and healthy is my main goal right now. I'm not very mobile due to a broken bone in my spine, arthritis and bad knees. I either use a cane or walker to get around. Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Mom of 3 grown sons. Also Have a Beautiful DIL and an adorable Grandson and Granddaughter. Due to health reasons I had to retire from my job a couple of years ago. Getting strong and healthy is my main goal right now. I'm not very mobile due to a broken bone in my spine, arthritis and bad knees. I either use a cane or walker to get around. I need/want to lose about 120 #s (I'm 5'8"). I have to do chair exercises as can't stand for too long due to my weak back. I'm trying to get my life back on track and stop emotional eating and use portion control. I want to be healthy again and know with SP, friends and family--and God's help it is doable. I really love all the encouragement, knowledge and motivation SP gives me. I still want to travel and be able to walk well and believe it's possible with a weight loss from eating healthy and exercising 15 minutes or more a day. I want to see my grandchildren grow up . . .

My name is Jill and I have lived in Southern California all my life. I have 3 grown sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law and two very cute young Grandchildren. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.

Other Information:
I like to envision myself 100#s lighter and a more healthy me. I do try to think positive and not sweat the small stuff.

Oh my gosh. I just came aback to Spark and found out one of the nicest, most caring person has gone up to heaven. Jill I will never forget your kind words and encouragement that you sent me. You were such a special person. Rest in peace.
