Healthy for the Holidays 2011-2012

It seems like I keep coming back to SparkPeople, especially during the holiday season :)

My back pain is not as bad as it has been in the past, and I have been exercising a lot more ever since my kids started soccer this past spring season.

There are times in our lives when a diet may be easier than at other times. In times of stress or tragedy, it may be impossible for us to lose weight. Diets take concentration and commitment. Things may come up to cause us to fall away from our diets, but we need to get started again as soon as possible. Just because we fail once doesn't mean we will fail every time. Pray for God's help and guidance. He will be faithful to help us through the tough times and the times we fail. God will make our way easier through His companionship and comfort.

Thanks for your comments. I checked it out.... 35 gold fish have 90 cals. TOO bad they don't come in peanutbutter and chocolate flavour. Of course I think I burn 90 plus cals picking up all the fish crackers my sons spill on the floor. Maybe I should do a squat or lunge for every fish I have to pick up... be buff in no time.
