For the tone part and getting in shape, I will continue karate and try to do other exercice during the days I'm not doing martial art!!
For the healty eating habbits, I'm going to start by tracking my food, and eating healty alternative!

Jill, I'm so excited that you already have SP fever. I started running slowly. If your interested, check out coolrunnin.com. They have an article called "Couch to 5K". It's a program to get you from, well, the couch to running in 9 weeks. Also check out "Don't be a Running Fool". Good luck with everything.
